I've struggled with pitted keratolysis for years and I've tried a bunch of remedies (acne creams, talc powder, sweat wicking socks, changing shoes every other day, changing socks midday, etc) to no avail. It wasn't painful at all but the odor was so bad sometimes I could smell my feet through my shoes.
