WebJul 25, 2024 · It could be just me I suppose. Re: FocusWiz, I do have a personal macrobook along with an Add-In of Excel functions, but they shouldn't be affecting this. I did add in a function to hook onto the scrollbar in a userform if the mouse is over it, but even if I remove the add-in this issue persists in Excel. – WebJan 20, 2016 · The line, "ctl.SetFocus" in the HookListBoxScroll procedure is what is activating the listbox. It is likely that if you remove that portion and change it to "Exit Sub" then this will only work when the listbox is already activated. There may need to be some more tweaking as I haven't actually put this code into an Excel workbook to test it.
WebJan 28, 2024 · Reconnect the mouse. Before doing anything, make sure the issue isn't a temporary one. You can do this by disconnecting the mouse from the USB port and plugging it back in. Whenever you plug in a mouse, it restarts the mouse drivers and this alone could resolve the issue. You might even try using a different USB port.
