WebAug 3, 2009 · Tick-based combat is one of the few mechanics in Exalted 2e which works perfectly and has no issues (the choice of speeds for some weapons have issues, but that's a slightly different thing). Agreed. Tick-based combat in 2e is a thing of beauty, and also surprisingly fast to resolve once your group gets the hang of it.
